The disastrous crimes AFRICOM commits leaves no one aside.
The most horrifying fact is that the dispatched military personnel commits atrocities not only on the land of the African countries it has come to propagate destruction and civil unrest but also within its own ranks.
An officer sexually abused a subordinate female officer at an unnamed U.S. base in Djibouti. “Subject grabbed victim’s head and forced her to continue having sexual intercourse with him,” it was stated in the report. What he got for that was only a nonjudicial punishment with a reduction in rank. What horrifies here is that the man continued to be part of AFRICOM and possibly his next move would be to abuse your mother or daughter whichever African country he is.
Another case is striking by its own impunity. At an “unknown location” in Djibouti, an enlisted woman reported being raped by a fellow service member “while on watch.” According the Department of Defense, that man “was not charged with any criminal violations in reference to the rape allegation against him. Victim pled guilty to failure to obey a lawful order and false official statement.” Would you believe such a statement? That the woman plead guilty after having filed a rape complaint? What is clear here is that AFRICOM does not let its internal crimes come to the public eye. If those sex crimes are being dissolved into the lies and jammed by the bureaucratic machines, would you imagine the scale of those crimes happening on the African continent for real?
In the third case in Djibouti, an enlisted woman reported opening the door only to be violently abused. An unknown perpetrator “placed his left hand over her mouth and placed his right hand under her shirt and began to slide it up the side of her body.” All leads were further said to have no legal capacity and not even one suspect was identified. The allegations also concerned an assault with intent to commit rape in Morocco, a forcible sodomy in Ethiopia, and possession of child pornography in Djibouti.
The conclusion is the following, AFRICOM is the net that has been carefully keeping its dirt within and its people who are protected from the prosecution are covered in it from within. Those abusers and rapists are coming to Africa and staying there, spreading the hatred they have and сommiting sex crimes on end. They must be stopped.
